You can sign up for Tournaments in the sports office or at the Club reception desk if the sports office is closed.
You may not designate a third party to enrol you in a Tournament.
You must sign up personally, and can use the telephone to do so. Sign up sheets will be placed on club bulletin boards 15 days before the event.
Where do I request a bag of clubs?
Clubs can be requested at the Club reception desk. You must indicate which round you wish to play and, if applicable, if you wish to visit the driving range
or remove the clubs from the Club. For this purpose you may use the intercoms installed at the north entrance of the clubs room and in the wooden building located at the main entrance of the Clubhouse (both intercoms are connected to the clubs room).
What is the procedure for requesting other services?
Any service, whether this be buggies, trolleys, rental clubs, green fees, swimming pool tickets, paddle tennis, card games, etc., can be requested at the Club reception desk. Golf buggies and electric trolleys can be booked in advance.
Where can I see the results of a test?
On the Club bulletin board and in the sports office. Soon this information will also be available on the Club website.
How many invitations does each member receive?
15 invitations per year goof for a discount of 50% off the normal price.
How much are green fees?
2010 prices are: €114 on weekdays and €228 at weekends.
Who should I speak to about organising private and corporate events at the Club? Can I hold my child's first communion or a wedding at the Club? Yes. For private events you should contact the Club catering department and for corporate events you should speak to the sales office.
If there is something I object to what should I do to make a complaint? Complaints are made to management or through use of the suggestion boxes located in the changing rooms and at reception.
Under what circumstances can a member temporarily suspend membership?
Temporary suspension of membership is possible when a member lives outside of Catalonia. To prove this the member must provide a certificate demonstrating his or her place of residence.
What is the Club's policy on protecting the privacy of its members? The Club will not give out any personal data on its members under any circumstances without the express authorisation of that member.
